  I was a patient of this practice for a little over a year and recently decided to return to my previous physician due to numerous issues. Wait times for Dr Salberg and Dr Patel are excessive. On one occasion, I waited over 2 hours for Dr Salberg. When you do get to see them, they are more concerned with trying to catch up on their schedule rather than to address your concerns. My appointment with Dr Patel last week was to review blood tests and a problem with my arm. He skimmed over the blood tests and listened to my breathing. When I asked for a copy of the results he took me to the front desk and they gave me a copy of the order but not the test results. One of the nurses took me back to the room after I complained about my arm and had me wait another 15 minutes for Dr Patel to return. He came in briefly, told me to take Tylenol for a week, which didn’t work, and to come back in 3 months. They also leave the exam room doors open while you wait and during your exam so there is no privacy. Nurses and interns come in and out during your exam without your knowledge or permission. Another major issue is the doctors don’t know how to use the computer systems and the patient portal hasn’t worked for the last 8 months. They charged me $35 to make a copy of my records which I should have been able to access through the portal at no cost. I highly recommend staying away from this practice. They appear to be a small struggling practice only interested in billing your insurance company rather than meet your needs as a patient.
